How long does shipping take for UK orders?

We offer standard shipping which typically takes 2-3 working days, and next-day delivery options for orders placed before 2 PM GMT, Monday through Friday.

What is your return policy for skateboards and hardware?

You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we cannot accept returns on custom-built complete skateboards once they have been assembled.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?

Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website.

Are the shoes listed in UK or US sizes?

All footwear on Rollersnakes is listed in UK sizes unless otherwise specified. We provide a size conversion chart on each product page to help you find the perfect fit.
